Tony Hawk and Lhotse Merriam FIle for Divorce
They say third times a charm, but for Tony Hawk that’s not the deal.
After five years of marriage, the pro skater and wife, Lhotse Merriam, filed for divorce on Friday (February 4).
The couple released a joint statement earlier today (February 7) stating, "We have made the difficult decision to file for divorce.”
"We remain deeply committed and loving parents to our daughter, and out of respect for that responsibility we ask that people honor our family's privacy during this important time of transition," the statement continues. "Thank you for your understanding."
Hawk and Merriam have one child together, Kadence Clover Hawk, who was born in June 2008.
